  A props market against the data-hungry web. Basket stays in your browser. Discord ID, name, email, notes, and ticket chat are encrypted on disk. Closed tickets delete the chat. We are not building a dossier on you.

• No card details on this website

  This site never asks for your card number. You pay with PayPal Checkout — PayPal handles the payment screen.

• Private chats when you need them

  Commission and support threads are sealed on disk. Listed buys skip chat unless you open Support with your receipt. When a chat closes, the conversation is deleted — you keep the receipt.

• No refunds on digital goods

  Assets are non-refundable after payment / delivery. Confirm the path and price before you pay.

• Checkout confirms payment

  When PayPal Checkout succeeds, the order marks paid automatically. Listed packs usually get a download right away if the zip is on the server; commission files may still be attached by staff.

Do you track me / keep my data?

Buy vs commission vs support?

Buy as listed is fixed catalog price with Checkout and downloads — no purchase chat. Commission is a sealed thread for tweaks and quotes. Support is help after a purchase and requires your receipt code.

Why Discord login if chat is on the site?

So we know exactly which account owns the order. You do not need a Discord ticket channel — conversations stay here.

Where is my basket stored?

In this browser only (local storage). It will not follow you to another phone or PC. Clear it anytime from the basket page.

Is this safe?

Yes, when you follow the normal flow. Never type card numbers, passwords, or bank login codes into chat. Only pay with PayPal Checkout on the buy page or commission ticket.

When do I pay?

Listed buys: PayPal Checkout on the buy page right away. Commissions: only after staff lock an agreed quote — then Checkout appears for that exact amount.

Can I get a refund?

No. Digital goods are non-refundable after payment / delivery, unless we agree otherwise in writing in a ticket or the law requires it.

When do I get the files?

After Checkout confirms payment. Listed buys show downloads on the paid page. Commissions get a one-time link in the sealed chat when the zip is ready.

What if nobody replies right away?

Listed Checkout still works without staff online. Commission quotes and support replies wait until someone is at the desk. FAQ topics on commission threads cover common questions anytime.

What happens when the ticket closes?

Chat messages are deleted for privacy. You keep a receipt code (like BMP-7K2M9Q) and the order summary under My tickets.

Can I request a fully custom model?

Yes. Check out with Request commission (empty basket is fine), describe what you need, and we will scope it in chat.

How do I get help after a purchase?

Open Support and enter the receipt from your paid order / email. It must match the Discord account that bought it.
