Terms

Catalog prices are starting points. Final price, files, and custom work are agreed in your Discord ticket before payment.

After payment clears, we deliver the zip (or download link) in the same ticket. Digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivered, unless we agree otherwise in writing in the ticket.

You get a license to use purchased assets in your projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the source files as your own product pack without permission.

We can refuse or cancel orders that we cannot fulfill, or that break Discord / payment provider rules.
